You currently are a ward of the state or an orphan.

Your current annual family income falls within the Income Eligibility Guidelines as outlined by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service.

You currently live in a federally subsidized public housing, a foster home or you are totally homeless.

Your family currently receives public assistance.

You should provide a supporting statement from either a school official, college access counselor, financial aid officer, or your community leader.
